Fox Broadcasting Company
Fox, or Fox Broadcasting Company, is an American Television network owned by Fox Entertainment Group, which is a division of the News Corporation owned by Rupert Murdoch. Named after its sister company, 20th Century Fox, the network was introduced to the public on October 09, 1986 and has since become one of the most popular networks in America.
In order to strengthen its appeal to various audiences, Fox regularly updates it programming. This September, the broadcasting company will bring in a new concept in games as it premieres the Japan-based reality game show Hole in the Wall. The show, produced by FremantleMedia North America is set to light up television screens on September 11, taking over the slot previously occupied by The Moment of Truth.
Hole in the Wall was released in Japan in July 2006 and it has held the top spot in the ratings chart ever since.
The game features 2 teams of 3 members each who will try to contort their bodies in order to fit through walls with weird cut-out shapes. It’s a game that uses quick thinking aside from strength, agility, and teamwork.
FremantleMedia is currently producing versions of Hole in the Wall in various countries including Australia, Germany, Russia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
