Biking for Exercise
I was driving the other day and I looked over and saw someone riding a bike in a suit. I thought in my head that this was really interesting and wondering why someone would be riding a bike in a suit. They could be sitting in a comfortable car that is all cozy and easy to operate, but no, they were peddling away on their bike. I also noticed that they were in excellent physical shape. This really started to make me think about the way that I get to and from locations, why was I sitting in a car? I could get back and forth to wherever I need to go on a bike. I could take my health supplement Acceletrim before I go and peddle away. The fresh air would be blowing in my face and my legs would be getting a workout. This is the way to go, I could save on gas and also prevent some fumes from going into the air caused by the car. There is something that I have to watch out for when I ride a bike, and that is for other cars. The acceptance of bikes as an alternative to cars is becoming greater and this is such a wonderful thing. Biking is so healthy in so many ways. I do have to wear a helmet and it does mess the hair up, but that is the only trade off and it is not that big of a deal, with just a touch of water and mouse the hair can return to normal.
